Care Coordination

Care Coordinators provide the administrative backbone of the case management system. Assisting with document handling, data entry and contact service members and clinics, they ensure the case managers have the information they need to do theirs. In some cases, they may handle dental case management. Compass Medical Provider can QA/QC remotely for any National Guard unit we contract with and onsite for other entities. 

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Medical Case Management

Compass Medical Provider has helped over 5 state national guards with their case management of service members. Non-Clinical Medical Case Management follows services members throughout any medical injury or condition they may have, from the moment of the soldier reporting the medical condition, until the soldier is either released for unrestricted duty, or processed for a medical evaluation board.
