CMP will be responsible for creating a highly trained team of dental and medical contractors to meet the needs of the Military for PHA (Physical Health Assessment) and SRP (Pre-deployment Health Assessment) missions for physical health assessments, dental exams, and procedures. CMP has recently extended services to private practice and other government entities providing high quality contractors and services above and beyond the needs of the entity.  CMP will be clinically involved, proactive in training, and overseeing the professional contractor services.  CMP also provides contractors highly trained and have obtained credentials for CAC cards to maintain highly sensitive HIPAA secured documentation input such as DenClass, MedPros, DHOERS, and E-Case Profiles.  Contractors are available onsite and off site for data input.
